Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CircuitRadar, a product of JimITy BV ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Service Description
CircuitRadar is a product of JimITy BV (company number BE0633673284), with registered office at Sleeweg 13, 3800 Sint-Truiden, Belgium. It provides real-time incident reporting and tracking for racing circuits via a mobile app and website.
2. Accounts
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions
The Free plan is free forever. Premium (€24.99/year) renews automatically and can be cancelled before the renewal date. Day Pass (€9.99) is a one-time purchase valid for 24 hours. Prices include applicable VAT.
4. Refunds
Premium subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if unused. Day Passes are non-refundable once activated.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not submit false or misleading incident reports. Do not use the service to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Disclaimer
CircuitRadar is a community-driven information tool — not a safety, emergency, or marshalling service. Incident reports are created by other users and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, delayed, or missing entirely. We do not verify, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information shown in the app or on the website. Never rely on CircuitRadar as your only source of safety information. Always follow official flag signals, marshals, and circuit staff, and drive within your own limits. Any use while driving is entirely at your own risk.
7. Liability
CircuitRadar is a product of JimITy BV (company number BE0633673284). To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, neither JimITy BV nor CircuitRadar is liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to: (a) your use of, or inability to use, the service; (b) the accuracy, timeliness, or absence of any incident information; or (c) reports or other content submitted by users. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our intentional fault or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
