Delete your account & data
You can request deletion of your CircuitRadar account and all associated data at any time — including if you can no longer sign in. This page explains how.
What gets deleted
- ✕ Your account and login credentials
- ✕ All incident reports you submitted
- ✕ Your subscription and billing access
- ✕ Your friend connections
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)
If you can still sign in, you can delete your account instantly from your dashboard on this website, or in the CircuitRadar mobile app. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address linked to your account at contact@circuitradar.app with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

After deletion we keep nothing tied to your account, except payment records that our payment processor must retain for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law. These are not used for any other purpose.
