We collect your email address, authentication credentials, incident reports you submit, subscription information, and location data while using the app. We use third-party service providers for authentication, database hosting, and payment processing.
3. Legal Basis
We process your data to perform the contract (provide the service you signed up for) and based on your consent (location access, cookie consent).
4. Cookies
We use one essential cookie: a session token that keeps you logged in. It is strictly necessary and does not require consent. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with: our database and authentication provider (hosted in the EU region), and our payment processor (for subscribers only). We do not sell your data.
6. Retention
Your data is retained until you delete your account. You can do this at any time from your dashboard. Our payment processor may retain payment records for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.
